- Enter your ZIP code or state to find your U.S. Representative and Senators.

2. **Contact Information**:

- Once you have their names, you’ll find contact information on their official websites, including phone numbers, email addresses, and mailing addresses.

- Most representatives also have social media accounts, which can be another way to reach them.

3. **Write or Call**:

- You can write a letter or email outlining your concerns or opinions.

- Calling their office is often the quickest way to reach them. You can express your views to a staff member or leave a message.

4. **Visit Their Office**:

- Representatives often have local offices in their districts. You can make an appointment to meet with them or their staff in person.

5. **Use the Congressional Switchboard**:

- You can call the U.S. Capitol Switchboard at (202) 224-3121. They can direct you to your Representative’s or Senator’s office.
